Bios: One of the
fastest rising stars in radio and club land, DJ Lil’
Cee is quickly becoming a hot commodity in the music
industry. Since making an impressive debut on the
BILLBOARD dance charts with his first CD “DANCE
MIX Vol.6”( on Tommy Boy Records ), many insiders
are including Lil’ Cee in the next wave of radio
and and club DJ stars. His new Cd “Dance Mix
Vol.7” came out summer 05 and also HIT TOP 10
on BILLBOARD dance charts.
Lil' Cee a.k.a. Ceasar, a New York native, knew from
an early age that he wanted to be a part of the music
industry. At 15 Lil' Cee had already started spinning
records, throughout high school Lil' Cee had a part
time job as a DJ at Skate 22. At 16, his obsession
with music and wanting to become one the best DJ’s
he could be, Lil’ Cee found himself sneaking
into the hottest clubs in New York City. His persistence
paid off one night when he got into the world famous
Limelight & had the chance to meet DJ RIZ who
later gave Cee a chance to spin on the clubs famous
turn tables. That experience motivated Cee even more
to make it in the music business. Ceasar later enrolled
in the Connecticut School of Broadcasting, upon graduation
the school arranged for Lil' Cee to answer the request
lines at the #1 Dance music station in the country
103.5 WKTU. Cee was allowed to work with all of the
KTU on air personalities, but he credits Freestyle
Diva Judy Torres with giving him the opportunity to
talk every week on her weekly radio show. After gathering
some of his best material from Judy's show he decided
to put together a demo and present it to the music
programming department. KTU executives were very impressed
and wasted no time putting Lil Cee on air. He can
now be heard every Friday, Saturday & Sunday on
103.5 WKTU. Lil' Cee also puts his DJ/mixing skill
to work at DNA in Astoria, Queens NY where he is the
resident DJ every Saturday night. Lil’ Cee also
has been the resident DJ @ Posh (Long Island) Lana
Lounge (Hoboken NJ) Joeys (Clifton NJ) and Xs (seaside
Heights NJ) This is only the beginning for Lil Cee
who is one of the youngest radio personalities and
club dj’s in the country.
