A stylish mega-club springs to life on Ludlow Street, whether
the neighborhood wants it or not. Starkly different from its
low-key neighbors, Libation aims for a more uptown vibe. A crowd
of 20-somethings who've just started to make it packs all three
levels. Warm, rich amber tones dominate the soaring ground floor,
which boasts a long bar and seating area. A VIP and private
party balcony overlooks the bar and hosts a DJ playing rock
and hip-hop selections. The third floor swarms with warm bodies
getting down.
