For the past 41 years, La Caravelle has experienced a culinary
evolution and we believe that Troy's vision for the restaurant
successfully balances those distinct elements - classical French
epitomized by our signature dishes and Troy's interpretation
of seasonal cuisine with herbs and spices," said Rita Jammet.
"We are confident in Troy's culinary abilities and are
very excited to embark on this new journey with him.
The Design
Decorated with the newest mural of a Parisian street scene,
the area features movable walls to offer maximum dining flexibility.
Parties may be completely private, semi-private, or open out
onto the restaurant to enjoy a background of dining room conversation.

The Menu
La Caravelle's new menu melds contemporary French Cuisine with
Herbs and Spices while honoring La Caravelle's classic dishes.
Dupuy's menu will feature his seasonal creations including:
Marinated Tuna and Gravlax with Seaweed Salad and Mango Vinaigrette,
Steamed Black Bass with Basmati Rice and Sauternes Shrimp Broth
and Variation of Baby Lamb with Buckwheat Sprouts and Curry.
