Skin, The Palms' sensual 75,000 square
foot acre poolside lounge, features a lavender-shaded swimming pool
surrounded by private cabanas with TVs and hammocks; water lounges
with chaises resting in colorful pools, areas of sand and grass,
two bars, outdoor blackjack and poolside massages.
A unique menu created by Chefs Michael Kornick and Brian Massie
is paired with exotic drinks for refreshment under the sun or moon.
At night, Skin transforms into an outdoor
