The new trendy spot with lots of celebrity sightings. Ivar is 14,000
square feet and can accommodate 1,500 people. With its location,
size, and promoters, this place has become the latest hotspot making
it hard to actually walk through the tall frosted-glass doors unless
you're on a guestlist. The main floor has two bars, a large dance
area, and a secluded lounge called the Orange Room. The second floor
has a VIP area that has a view of the scene downstairs.

tables and private party rooms. Six round blue private party pods,
with raised catwalks for go-go dancers. Visually dazzling orange
room with plush amenities. Four different bars and eleven wells
