"Jet appeals to all demographics, from the 21st birthday celebrant to even the most wild, partying crowds, regardless of age," Lockwood said. "Bottom line, people come to Jet Nightclub to have a great time. Jet is literally for the Jet-set crowd - those who come to Vegas and are looking for a great overall nightlife experience."
Somewhere in the middle of all that are people like Tarantino and Fergie - the celebrities. Lockwood said Jet has thrown parties for Sean "Diddy" Combs and Nelly Furtado, as well as played host to Britney Spears and Paris Hilton.
Lockwood points out this doesn't mean the non-celebrities aren't important.
"Whether a bottle service customer or just a guest coming in to dance, the service offered to all of our customers is unrivaled," Lockwood said.
Even with the separate environments, the super famous patrons, the customer service, it might not be enough to drive the masses through the club's doors. Yet through the doors they go. And why? Because Jet throws some of the craziest events the town has ever seen and in Sin City , that's a tough thing to do.
"We definitely like to push the envelope with some of the promotions we do," Lockwood said.
Take for instance, the annual "Pole-A-Palooza," which offers $10,000 to the best pole dancer and brings in talent from around the globe. There's also Jet's "9 to 5: Partying is a Full Time Job," an award ceremony where influential locals are applauded for their efforts at living it up. And no list of Jet's off-the-wall events would be complete without mentioning "Boobs or Bust." The annual "Boobs or Bust" promotion finds female club-goers locked in competition for a pair of breast implants.
Whether it's your birthday, whether you're a member of the Black Eyed Peas, whether you're in the market for a new pair of, um, floatation devices, Jet's probably got something to hold your interest. And since this pun has been hanging over the entire article, let's put it here: why don't you jet on over?
