I was wondering what health issues my girlfriend and I need to watch out for when using a toy in her anus while having vaginal sex at the same time.

Anal sex can be tricky because of the easy, accidental transfer of bacteria to the vagina, causing problems like urinary tract infections. If she’s using a sex toy that is solely designated for the anus, and will not be touching her vagina in any way, then it’s perfectly OK to assume that having vaginal intercourse while simultaneously stimulating her anus won’t result in any harmful bacteria transfer. Just be careful with how you handle the used sex toy after all pleasuring has ceased. Make sure it doesn’t come into contact with her vagina whatsoever, and that it gets washed with soap right after your lovemaking session -- you don’t want to forget about washing it, and then reuse it at a later date. Not only is that highly unhygienic, but you might use it on or near the vagina the next time around, transferring that harmful bacteria you so desperately tried to avoid the first time.

Bad Smells
I have recently noticed a very foul smell from my girlfriend's vagina. I do know that some women's vaginas have a fishy smell, but this is not a fishy smell at all -- it is more along the lines of an extreme body odor-type (armpit) smell. The odor is so strong that I almost don't look forward to sexual encounters with my girlfriend. I have read other articles about bacterial vaginitis, but I haven't read anything about this type of smell. Might she have this? If she does, what can I do to inform her and where can she go to get it checked out?

Bacterial vaginitis is the most common type of vaginal infection, meaning that if your girlfriend does indeed suffer from this infection it can be easily treated and you can look forward to seeing your lady friend disrobe sometime in the near future.

Symptoms of bacterial vaginitis include the aforementioned foul, fishy odor, and sometimes itching and burning sensations accompany the infection.

There are, however, a wide of array of different causes that may be contributing to your girlfriend’s unpleasant vaginal odor; these causes range from serious to quite simple to rectify. She might be suffering from an STD like chlamydia, genital herpes or gonorrhea, in which case both you and she should see a doctor immediately. On the other hand, she may be suffering from a yeast infection, which can be easily treated, or she might simply really need to pay more attention to her personal hygiene. Body odor-type smells usually occur for one reason and one reason only -- a lack of soap use. And since you mentioned that this particular smell is more armpit-scent inspired, I’m prompted to say that this might be the case. Nevertheless, before you get dumped for telling her she’s dirty, encourage her to see a doctor to rule out any of the other possible causes.

Fetish Worries
I have a desire to perform oral sex on a lady right after she has been in pantyhose all day at work and missed taking a shower in the morning. Also, the idea of a strong, pungent and smelly vagina makes me very hard. Is this strange?

The thing about a fetish -- and you’re description certainly fits the fetish bill -- is that they don’t necessarily make that much sense. But, unless you’re fantasizing about kittens or schoolgirls, it’s OK to fantasize about a pungent vagina… no matter how many people might consider it a “malodorous” desire.

Scrotum Size
I was curious if it is the testicle size or if it is the size of the scrotal sac that determines the size of a man's "balls"?

Why testicle size intrigues you is not clear to me. I suppose men need a new measurement to harp on after accepting their penis size. But, to answer your question, from a medical perspective, the size of a man’s testicles would certainly be quantified from the size of the testes themselves. Yet, if basing a judgment on external appearance only, someone might be apt to conclude that a man with a large scrotum does indeed have large testicles. I would go with the former method of measurement for a more accurate description… although why you would need to is beyond me.
