I can’t really confirm your suspicions based on the information you’ve provided. While, technically, an anus that has never been penetrated before will be tighter than one that has (although not by much), your ability to penetrate your partner’s anus with two fingers with ease is not an indication that she has had anal sex before. In fact, the sphincter is designed to close and tighten as soon as you remove your penis, so even if she has had anal sex before, the level of tightness won’t be much of an indication at all.

Also, you must consider the fact that you are penetrating her with your fingers, which I must assume do not have the same girth as your penis. So, obviously, your fingers are going to have an easier time penetrating her anus.
